PRICING & PAYMENTS

Question: Do you charge dealer documentation fees?
Answer: No. The advertised price plus state tax, tag, and title is all you pay—no doc fees, no hidden prep fees.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept cash, cashier's checks, pre-approved bank or credit union checks, Zelle transfers, and credit/debit cards.

Question: Do you offer financing?
Answer: Yes. We work with outside lenders offering competitive rates starting as low as 6.99% APR, and we gladly accept pre-approved checks from your own bank or credit union.

Question: Do you accept trade-ins?
Answer: Yes. We'll appraise your trade-in using live wholesale market data and apply the value directly to your deal.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: All sales are final. Keeping every sale final is part of how we hold our prices down.

VEHICLES & WARRANTY

Question: Do your vehicles come with a warranty?
Answer: Most vehicles include a free 90-day warranty. Ask us about the coverage details for the vehicle you're interested in.

Question: Do your vehicles have clean titles?
Answer: Yes. Every vehicle we sell comes with a clean title—no salvage or rebuilt titles, ever.

Question: Are your vehicles inspected?
Answer: Yes. Every vehicle must pass a multi-point mechanical safety inspection—covering the powertrain, brakes, and core electrical systems—before it enters our inventory. We also provide a CARFAX or AutoCheck history report for every vehicle.

Question: Where are you located, and what are your hours?
Answer: 1504 Elm Hill Pike, Suite 8, Nashville, TN 37210—right in front of the MMA Training Gym building. Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, Saturday 9 AM–1 PM, Sunday 10 AM–1 PM.

Question: How do test drives work?
Answer: Test drives are by appointment. Call or message us to schedule your time, and you'll get dedicated one-on-one attention.
